Happy Monday, ALEL readers! We hope you enjoyed our Fashion Week last week! I know I speak for the team when I say that it was a great assignment and we hope you had as much fun as we did. Let us know if you'd like to see more theme weeks in the future!
Adeleshop, today's lovely featured store, is all about simple, durable, high-quality handbags! All bags are hand-crafted from buttery soft leather in Nova Scotia, Canada. Take a peek at a few of my favorites!
Iris Antique Brown * Flamingo Black * Weekend Carry-On in Brown
I love the slim profile of the Iris bag. It's the perfect bag for transporting files or your tablet to and from work. The Flamingo is a classic bag, and I adore the feminine floral interior! The timeless Weekend Carry-On comes in a variety of sizes and colors; I know if I had one of these bags I would definitely find more excuses to take more weekends away!
Max Large Yellow * Green Tote * Maya Burgundy * Jolie Sky Blue
These gorgeous, bold and colorful bags are perfect for a closet like mine! I love the bold and bright colors because they would spice up my usual black, white, and gray work wardrobe. But I also love how any of these bags transition easily into weekend handbags; they'd be perfect paired with jeans or leggings. I love the sunny yellow Max bag because it would brighten up the chilliest winter or autumn day (and would be gorgeous with flowy spring and summer clothes too)! I adore the shape of the Jolie bag because I know the convenient side pocket would always encourage me to bring along my water bottle every day.
Please stop by this lovely shop and let A. know that ALEL sent you! My husband purchased a Large Max Bag in Grey for me for Christmas last year. This bag comes with a hand strap and an adjustable shoulder / cross-body strap. I've used the Max bag so much that I realized I'm very particular about the size of the cross-body strap. I recently asked A. to make me custom fixed-size strap for the bag. I know it's going to be perfect... it should be arriving in the mail any day now, and I can hardly wait to start using it!
